Talent Approved turns role-specific skill testing into three quick steps. Build a test with AI, invite your candidates, and review results enriched with AI summaries, candidate rankings, anti-cheat signals, and full session replays - all without a subscription.
1. Create a skill test with AI
Describe the role, paste a job description, or drop in a skills list, and Magic Create drafts a full multiple-choice test - questions, answer options, the correct answer, and tags. Already have questions from ChatGPT or a doc? Paste them and we split them into clean pairs.
You stay in control: edit any question, add your own, organize a reusable question library by tag, and set a per-question timer or randomize answer order before you publish.
2. Invite your candidates
Invite each candidate with their own unique one-time link, or turn on a single shared link anyone can use to self-start the test. You can also email the invite straight from the app.
Candidates never create an account - they open the link, enter their name, and begin. You only pay when a candidate actually completes the assessment.
3. Review results with AI
As candidates finish, results land here - scored, ranked against everyone who took the same test, and flagged for any anti-cheat signals. Open a candidate for a per-question breakdown, an AI summary, AI-suggested interview questions, and a synced screen + webcam replay of the whole session.
AI even compares the cohort and surfaces the strongest candidate to interview next - or recommends nobody if no one clearly stands out.

Do candidates need to create an account?
No. Candidates open the invite link, enter their name (and email if you require it), and start the test. No sign-up and nothing to install.
Does the AI write the test for me?
Yes. Magic Create generates a full multiple-choice test from a role prompt or job description, including the correct answers and tags. You can review and edit everything before publishing, or write questions yourself.
How do you prevent cheating?
Every assessment is screen-recorded as a replayable session, and Talent Approved logs integrity signals such as tab switches, copy/paste, and focus loss. For higher-stakes roles you can require continuous webcam and microphone recording with the candidate's consent.
What languages can candidates take the test in?
The entire candidate experience is localized into 14 languages, including right-to-left languages, so candidates can take the assessment in their own language.
